How do I place an order online?

Placing an order with Babys Perfect Gift is easy and secure. Select the product you would like to purchase and simply click the “Add to Cart” button. You will then be directed to your Shopping Cart. If you are finished shopping online click “Go to Checkout”, otherwise click “Back to Shopping”. If you are a returning customer you will be asked to enter your Log In information, otherwise enter your Billing Information and proceed to finish confirming and placing your order.

Can I place orders by phone?

Yes, you may order by phone toll-free at 1-800-871-6210. If the lines are busy, just leave a phone number where you can be reached and we will return your call promptly.

Can you put a “rush” on my order?

We try our best to accommodate all your needs, so if you require your gift sooner than the normal processing and shipping time, please call customer service at 1-800-871-6210.

What are my payment options?

Orders can be placed online using Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover Cards.

Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New Jersey (7%).

How do I check the status of my order?

Will I get an email confirmation after I place my order?

Yes, you will immediately receive an email confirmation of your order.

How do I make changes or cancel my order?

You may make changes or cancel your order as long as the order has not yet been personalized. We strongly suggest you speak with a customer care representative at 1-800-871-6210 immediately with any changes or cancellations so we can accommodate your request. Therefore, it is very important for you to review your order upon receipt of confirmation.

What if my order is undeliverable?

UPS will return the package to us if they are unable to deliver it due to an incorrect address. Therefore we ask that you please enter your information carefully making certain that addresses given are complete and correct. This includes apartment, condo or suite number if applicable. If there is a mistake or omission in shipping information provided, the sender is responsible for any reshipping fees charged by UPS to redeliver the package.


Return Guarantee and Exchanges

What is your return and exchange policy?

Personalized gifts and favors as well as edible favors are non-returnable and non-refundable. If there is a problem with any other gift item, please contact our customer care dept. at 1-800-871-6210 within two weeks of receipt of your order for a return authorization number and the item must then be returned within one week of issuance of the return authorization. Repack the gift in its original packaging, note reason for return, write the authorization number on the top of the box and return the item using an insured carrier to:

We do not refund shipping charges and are not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.

How long before I receive my refund?

Once the item is received and reviewed, you will receive an email confirming credit total. Credit will be issued in 3 to 5 business days.

What if I received my order, but some items are damaged?

If there is any damage to items received, please call our customer-care department at 1-800-871-6210 within 3 days of the package being delivered. Keep the original box, packaging materials, as well as any paperwork that came in the box. A customer-care specialist will help you file a claim with UPS if needed.


Substitutions

Is the item I receive going to be the product that is depicted in your photos?

If the item of your choice is unavailable or does not meet our high standards for quality, we may need to substitute an item of equal or greater value.


Shipping

When will my order ship?

For all orders received prior to 12:00 noon EST, every effort will be made to ship them out the same day. All others will be shipped out the next business day. Personalized items will take approximately 3-5 days before shipping.

Please allow approximately:
5-7 business days to West Coast.
3-5 business days to the Central U.S.
1-3 business days to East Coast.

Do you ship to Post Office Boxes?

No, we cannot ship to PO Boxes. We ship UPS and are required to have a physical address for delivery.

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Yes. However, we do not guarantee delivery times on these orders.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time, we do not ship outside the U.S. or to Canada.

What are your shipping options?

We work with UPS and offer regular ground shipping. If you require 3-day guaranteed delivery, 2-day guaranteed delivery and overnight delivery, please call our customer care department at 1-800-871-6210 for shipping rates.

How do I get free shipping?
To get free shipping your order total must be $75 or more. Minimum purchase amount for free shipping does not include tax. Free shipping does not apply to oversized items or to prior purchases.
